Royal Mail Shipping
We primarily use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. While estimated delivery times are accurate in most cases, they are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, high-demand periods, or local disruptions.

DPD Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
For faster service, we also offer DPD delivery, which includes:
- Delivery Monday to Friday
- A signature upon delivery required
DPD Exclusion Zones:
Unfortunately, DPD delivery is not available for the following UK postcodes:AB, BT, DD8-10, FK8, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-41, TR20-25, ZE
Customers in these areas will be served via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.
International Orders
We proudly ship to multiple countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and most EU countries.
Customs & Duties
- For EU customers, we cover all VAT, duties, and import fees — no extra charges at the border.
- For non-EU international customers, import taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
International parcels may be subject to security checks and customs delays.
